Those involved in the business of importing or distributing video games in Singapore are required to declare the game title to MDA. Declarations can be made using MDA online.

To facilitate the payment of classification fees and other fees (if applicable) you may apply for GIRO. These GIRO application forms need to be filled:
· Part A - Application form for Interbank GIRO
· Part B - GIRO Direct Credit Authorisation
